GeoForm develops structured, data-driven reports that translate complex spatial datasets into clear, decision-ready insights. Current work focuses primarily on property and real estate use cases, supporting more informed location decisions through reproducible geospatial analysis.
Property Neighbourhood Accessibility Report
This report evaluates how well a property is connected to everyday amenities within walking distance. It combines global datasets with context-aware spatial modeling to assess access to services, retail, education, healthcare, and public transport. Results are presented through distance-based summaries, accessibility scorecards, and interactive maps that place the property in a structured comparison context.

Property Environmental Quality Report
This report examines environmental living conditions at and around a property, focusing on air quality, long-term noise exposure, and night-time light intensity. Each dimension is analyzed using standardized datasets and compared against a defined reference area to provide contextual exposure levels. The output combines property-level indicators with spatial distribution maps and comparative scoring.

Property Neighbourhood Pressure Report
This report analyzes potential external influences arising from surrounding land uses and activity patterns. It evaluates proximity and concentration of exposure categories—such as commercial activity, nightlife, traffic-related functions, or other high-intensity uses—across defined distance bands. The structured matrix approach enables identification of clustering effects and localized pressure dynamics within the immediate environment.

Property Flood Risk Report
(In Development)
This report assesses modeled flood exposure using return-period depth rasters and water-mask filtering techniques. It evaluates both inundation probability and estimated depth severity at the property location and within its surrounding area. The analysis integrates multiple return periods and contextual percentile comparisons to support more transparent flood-related risk awareness.
